Canada Post has cost me a fortune in returned parcels. - No delivery card is received. - I visit the post offices repeatedly for the parcels. - I do not receive them. - I call them and leave messages with tracking numbers and phone numbers, but the messages are not returned. - I cross all over town going to various post offices searching for lost parcels. - Then I am told by the person I spoke to twice when I was there checking for the parcels, that the items have been returned (at my expense), because I "Did not pick them up" according to them. - This has occurred repeatedly, and each time they tried to imply it was my fault. When that didn't work, they implied the sender made a mistake with the address. Upon a Canada Post investigation initiated by the university whose parcel they lost, it was discovered that the item was still in Vancouver, and the address was completely correct. I've stood right beside other customers that were trying to politely communicate to them that they "have a real theft problem", which I agree with completely, but the employee had little to say. They've lost/returned without notice: Christmas gifts, phones, university lab supplies, important documents etcetera...the list goes on and on, but it's always blamed on the customer. And more than once, when I've made a special trip (during their business hours), there's a handwritten note on their door stating that they are closed. After years of Canada Post forcing our apartment building to collect our mail at this post office, countless parcels and important letter mail items have been lost. Which the employees blame the sender or receiver for. However, when Canada Post is required to do an investigation, they admit that the sender and receiver were never at fault. I've had to have the same form mailed to me three separate times, but only one of them actually got delivered to me. That suggests a delivery success rate of approximately 33% when an item is sent via Canada Post. Please tell me again why our tax dollars go to subsidizing the union wages of this irresponsibly run private business, which in turn inhibits business in Canada with their prohibitively high costs. On a more positive note: Prince George Canada Post has motivated me to buy locally.

I come in for work deliveries very often, only for a quick drop off and receive a date stamp. There is a very rude worker here, that definitely gives me racist vibes. She dismisses what I have to say and speaks to me in a very mean manor. All other employees at this location have been rather understanding and helpful with the fact I come in to do business registered mail drop offs.

Holy! Ladies at front desk at this location are overwhelmed with heavy work load. I do understand their situation especially during these unpredictable times and holidays fast approaching! Customer service is definitely suffering and falls short of quality. It's too bad since it takes away alot of appeal from what Canada Post truly stands for

My passport with all my ID for application was lost. It was tracked to this location and then, nothing. Two weeks before my wedding. The supervisor immediately put me to work. I found out that the landlord had given out to many keys to my unit. So my mailbox wasn’t even being used anymore. I was never informed. Neither was my landlord. Now the supervisor has told me to obtain a master key from my landlord and given me permission to search all other units mail. This seems counter intuitive to mailbox security. I’m in a state of shock.
