My package was suppose to be here today. Tracked it. Said it was on delivery then got a message saying they couldn’t deliver because of road construction. The mail boxes were not blocked at all. Could have drove up and delivered like normal. Just pure laziness. Called and asked what the problem was and said they will deliver Monday and they will just walk the mail to the boxes. Why didn’t they just do that today. What a joke. Not impressed at all. Pure laziness

Canada Post delivered my package but either forgot to give me the parcel key, or gave it to the wrong address. I have been waiting for two days for the Canada Post team to "investigate" the situation rather than simply getting me my package. The driver has been through multiple times and I left a note in my mailbox saying that they forgot, or misplaced my parcel key. They ignored the note and gave me junk mail I signed up to not receive. Canada Posts' customer service line has opened a service ticket and has been trying to phone and email the Prince Albert depot for two days and they haven't answered their phone or replied to their emails. This is a recurring problem and I have a number of friends who have had the same experiences. Nothing is being done, and my package is sitting in my mailbox but I can't access it. Hands down the worst shipping experience I have ever dealt with. Avoid using Canada Post if you want to actually receive your package. A company over 100 years old should have a far better system than this.

Completely unacceptable service from both the local level and Canada Post. My community mailbox was broken into and I immediately reported it when I found it. The initial phone call to their 1-800# was quick and easy and he assured me it would be repaired immediately. He said that keys would be provided as well. I’m not sure of the process but I assumed (never assume) that when they replaced the lock, they would leave me instructions on how to obtain my new keys. After trying for two days after to contact them regarding the time frame and instructions to get my new keys, they finally informed me I could potentially wait up to 10-14 days for my keys. So for 10 days, I can not access my mail and it will pile up with the potential to get broken into again. There is no reason that if the lock is replaced, those new keys can’t be ready for pick up the next day. 10-14 days is unacceptable.

Very annoying when you go to take your parcel out if the mailbox and the key snaps!!

Poor customer service. Walked in and had three people staring at me without evening saying hello while I was the only one there. The woman who helped me was rude and had a nasty tone.
