Been twice to the main office now to get an issue with my mailbox sorted out, and was essentially pushed out the door both times because they were too busy to help - "just come back another day". With my busy schedule, this is not something that I can just keep wasting my time on. Something needs to be changed so that every customer feels appreciated and helped in equal ways. NOT impressed.

NOT SATISFIED. Experience an immense delay for Express post (with no climate or strike issue) woman at counter assurance to convey in 2 business day however took 6 business days. What a misuse of cash when you can send a regular post or evaluate another courier service.

Again another bad experience. Went in last night to mail a package. Was going well until she assumed I wanted regular mail. I had asked how much Express was and I got a look like she really didnt want to look into it for me, she had to void it all like it was such an inconvenience for her. If she doesnt like her job she should just quit.

Item was shipped and arrived in good time location was busy but staff moved through people quickly
