They're literal parcel thieves. They'll steal your stuff before the porch pirates get a chance. Don't leave a gift card or anything valuable with them EVER! Every time I get something sent from here they cut open your mail and take whatever is valuable.

This location is incompetent. They refused my pkg that was delivered by another carrier after they said it was okay to have it delivered to them for ME. They said they would definitely receive it and hold it for me once it arrived without doing Flex Delivery since all of my large parcels go there anyway. I made sure the Ship To address had my name and C/O CANADA POST on it and I even confirmed with company I ordered it from they had ALL the correct info. But Canada Post employees still refused my pkg and now I'm on a wild goose chase to find my pkg. I always supported Canada Post workers and still do but not the employees at this location. Unacceptable!

Drivers are mentally challenged, im told theres a notice card left almost everytime, and everytime there is no notice card. Drivers dont even knock on the door or wait, i doubt they even get out of there vehicle.

The lady in her 50s or 60s at this branch is rude. Was trying to send original docs as per request by a govt institution and asked for a secured envelope and she immediately said no you can’t because you already put the docs in your own envelope. I asked to let me put a tape (I purchased in the store) the opening part of my envelope just to make sure it’s tightly closed and she rolled her eyes and sighed. Her tone of voice was so 😕😢 Remained calm and don’t want to argue as I was almost late for work. I recommend Canada post in Robie, the staff there in his 20s or 30s is respectful and provides options.

Clerk at the post office, was friendly but got my area code wrong. My parcel ended up going to a different city in my home province as I expected. I was assured over the phone that it had been corrected and would be going to the right address. Don't send things through this Canada Post office again.
