I often order by post in addition to shipping. Our parcels have continually arrived but receduler for the next working day. I receive parcels from other people. The postman forgot to fill out and leave me a card to pick up my package at the post office, but I'm waiting like a canteen. In the post office I even saw a clerk refuse to serve a customer for his passport on the pretext that it's complicated and that there were already customers so he didn't have time to worry. for her, he told her to go somewhere else!!!!!! It's an overpaid gange of slomo!

Having a problem-free parcel delivery is like performing a miracle... - either the postman does not climb the stairs... -never knocks/rings the doorbell - leave the package in everyone's view.... - deliver the package to a neighbour... - notify the next day when there has been a problem with the delivery... ...

Called for a parcel tracking supposedly delivered, but not received. I am told that the postman does not remember to have delivered it, but that it happens often that people follow the factors to steal our parcels, so that's surely it ... wow, what a customer service !! !
