Don't ask too much of Manon at the counter. She didn't take the time to stick the self-adhesive labels on my 7 parcels "because they were too small". My client only received the tag since she had them attached with rubber bands only. In addition to lying about it, she has a deplorable attitude. Avoid if you have a company that makes several deliveries.

I got a notification from Canada Post that my package was ready for pickup (flexi delivery) at 10:15 AM and when I went to pick it up at 5:00 PM, they couldn't find my package and insisted he hadn't arrived! But it has been received since it is READY FOR PICKUP. I ask the two people: what can I rely on then to know that I can REALLY pick it up? And they tell me to come 3 days later and he “should be there” which is really unacceptable and unprofessional as a response. Every time I have to go to this bdp there, I have a completely rotten service and/or a stupid look! Avoid if you can!
