The counter is closed due to lack of staff. You can only pick up parcels there and again, someone from the pharmacy has to be available. It's very random as a service. The opening hours indicated do not reflect reality.

Random and variable opening hours. The timetable indicated on the Internet is often not respected. Sometimes the counter is only open to pick up a package, but it is impossible to send it or do any other transaction.

The computer system was failing, so it was impossible to ship a package! As with financial institutions, you now have to crisscross the city from end to end to find one, because many of them are now closed! And if you're on foot, it's going to be painful!
