I rolled into the Post Office with a racing steering wheel, accompanying adapter kit, and an outgoing Australian Shepherd named Macc. Macc gives this Post Office a whopping 7, yes 7, stars! Because that's how many cookies he got. I was receiving and witnessing some home-style service before I realized I knew Misty. Mailing this steering wheel to Kitimat is the most sophisticated thing I've done in quite some time and it was good fun. Even the customers who came through were delightful. I don't know how this office has 1.whatever stars.

Staff were friendly & kind. They helped redirect me to the right post office, when I first moved into town & was expecting mail.

Came here to get my mail keys. Waited in like for 20 minutes, when I was helped, the old guy took 50 MINUTES to grab my mail keys. He gave me a paper that had my mail number on it, example: box 3 compartment 13 at a specific mailbox location... lo and behold, there is no box 3 compartment 13. So I tried every single mailbox around. 3 different locations and they keys dont even work on ONE of the almost 100 mailboxes I tried. Such an awful experience. If you could get your mail keys somewhere else, I would hghly suggest it. This place is a mess and a huge waste of time. They also aren't doing a proper job of physical distancing the customers.

Dyson is an extremely rude person! Completely undermined me and my situation. I strongly believe a person with that attitude should NOT work in customer service.
