I have had my packages delivered into the wrong box multiple times, twice the people who received it brought it over to my house, because they can read an address.. When I go to the post office,they are absolutely no help at all, they say they are going to start an investigation however I never hear back from them. They take absolutely no responsibility about delivering the mail correctly, So each time I am out the money of my purchase, They should be held more accountable for not doing the only job they’re supposed to do correctly, I know I would be

Though this review isn't directed at any Canada Post specifically, it also kinda is. My package has taken over a week to come from BC to Alberta. It was supposed to arrive on Monday, but was "delayed". It arrived in the Strathmore post office on Wednesday at 6:30 am. You'd think for sure I'd see it Wednesday right? Nope. Ok...fine...I can wait till Thursday. You'd think for sure I'd see it Thursday right? Nope. Are you gift wrapping it for me? This is a small town...you need to do better than that. Will I see it Friday (10 days after ordering it)? Only time will tell. I'm about 50/50 split on whether I'm actually getting it at all!

The staff went out of their way to find my parcel from Telus that can’t seem to get rural address right. Exact same issue 2 years ago, and the exact same help from the post office staff. Extra credit to Brenda, who did what likely most wouldn’t bother. My parcel was redirected twice, as both times, despite me calling them and giving them my address (complete and correct), they for some reason drop more than half of my address. The last time making it “box 55” and nothing more. Like there’s only 100 P.O. Boxes in the country, smh. Again, everyone I dealt with was amazing.

Lost some hard to replace keys together with the mailbox key. A Good Samaritan dropped them in the mailbox. Our mail carrier and the front desk staff promptly returned them for us. Thank you!

Why are they even allowed to deliver Amazon stuff? Anything deliver with intercom will be fast. The driver comes right to your door. Give you a call if anything changes. Post Canada: we gonna give you a piece of paper, in you post box. Saying that you missed them, not the other way around. When you totally knows they never even came in your street with camera. You take the paper to the office. The lady becomes all flustered, start half yelling about her rights. "We have until 5 pm to get the delivery back. Then start going on and on about how it's my fault , I came too soon. I had the wrong ID ( driver license). Asked her if they could give me a call when it arrives. Of course not. You are gouvernement employe with a pension and a high salary. The intercom guys are probably minimum salary and does 20 times the work you do, and he's very polite about it. Food for taught paid by my taxes post lady. And you guys wonder why everyone wants privatization or elimination of Canada Post.....
