They have sent my packages back without notice. Always act like I am inconveniencing them when picking up packages. I had ordered a package to be delivered to my door on one occasion in which case I was unable to put my PO Box number in the delivery line. There was a mix up and it went to the post office, well let me tell you the attitude I received from them. Unreal. Your salary is coming from my taxes, no? The hours are awful and leave no time to pickup my mail. I wish I had a mail box on my street. I hate going to this post office.

I ordered birthday presents from Amazon. I used my home address and thought the packages from Amazon would be delivered to my house like every other package i have ordered from other places. My packages never arrived at my house for some reason so they went back to the post office till i picked them up. thats fine. But i guess the lady's thought this was a massive intrusion on their time and got so mad they decided to just send my packages back right away instead of even giving me a day to pick them up. I have always found them rude and even when i go into the office i feel like im bothering them, like im wasting their time. Not happy with the service and now my son has no presents for his B-day witch tomorrow.

I am extremely disappointed with the hours and the customer service there. Both times I have had a rude lady who answered my normal questions. I honestly would prefer to have a bigger box to pick my bigger delivery items then to have to speak with the lady at the front desk. Also, I work a 8-5 job mon to fri and so if I don't get to the post office before 12pm sat I have no other option to get larger mail. Even though it is free to have a PO box in stayner I will be going elsewhere for my services.

Overall, a great little post office with friendly staff. Sure, there are a few not-so-helpful or friendly faces on staff, but generally speaking everyone is friendly and helpful.

Wondering why my income reports to Barrie from Stayner for odsp has not been received to the ministry of community services twice in a row with no return as I had put my return address on...severely pissed...because of that my cheque is on hold
