Had to ship a parcel out to a cable company as I was returning the modem. I was a bit confused by the paperwork so I went in and talked to the gentleman on duty at our main post office. He helped me understand what I was having trouble with and proceeded to give me some advice on how to handle the return properly. Many thanks to him and his employer.

it's the big joke I have ever seen they all need to be fired starting with the Manger and girl at window its been over 20 days wait for keys to get in my mail box 2 trip to store and 3 phone calls gave me 2 different sets of keys and not one will work then get given the run around everyday its a same that they are totally useless and even Kristy at front window on main street say they are useless its differently noted a place of good business you all should be ashamed of your attitudes and work ethic its pitiful

this review is about Canada post in general.. so my fam has been at home for the last 20 years due to covid then guess what they don't feel like delivering a pkg so they send a MSG something like this..we could not deliver your pkg because no one was home to receive it... really? ok that's weird last time I left the yard was to go dinosaur hunting... also I put a letter in the mail to send so where and the mail person does not want to have my letter sent anywhere so he she covers it with mail agry😡...they have other problems TOO

When a package is delivered to the wrong mailbox, the response to an inquiry should never be "There's nothing we can do." As a government agency that has collapsed under it's own apathy, I think Canada Post should be closed, or at least more heavily automated. Or maybe change the Canada Post slogan to "There's nothing we can do." So people know exactly what to expect.
