Canada Post needs to staff this office properly. Half of Summerland relies on PO Boxes as they don’t deliver mail…yet they keep having to close early due to staffing issues. When you are a working person and it closes at 2pm it’s hard to get there in time if you have a package waiting or need to mail something. It’s been this way for years. The staff are great and deserve an employer who will hire enough people for coverage.

I have to have a PO Box as I live in Summerland (right in town) and they refuse to deliver, but picking up packages is nearly impossible as Canada Post hasn't staffed this office properly in years. Early closures all the time. As a working person I get my packages sent to friends in nearby communities so I don't have to take time off to try and get my parcels.

I've called this post office twice in the span of almost a year about simple inquiries and both times one of the most rude ladies I've ever dealt with answered the phone. I just asked simple questions and each time she gets annoyed by me and then has a mad/sarcastic attitude for no reason. I honestly don't understand how she still works there. If you can use the other post office in Summerland (in Pharmasave) then use it. The service at that location has always been very professional in my experiences.

This has got to be the worst post office there is!! Lazy and incompetent staff who failed to deliver a very special parcel to a friend!!! Use another post office!!!It really deserves no stars!!! Yes, it is that bad!!

Went to the post office today to mail a letter and the 2 lady's there were very rude. Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. They weren't very helpful and were extremely rude.
