Very bad customer service and rude employees. My package didn’t get to where it needed to be and it was returned back to me with everything inside of it damaged. Sure, they can cover the items that were damaged, but what about the 90$ I paid to ship it?

personally, despite the comments, I've had 0 issues with this post office so far. I just print my packing labels and package my parcels at home and drop them off for delivery. easy. simple.

First they lost my passport with the tracking no. PG 576518451CA last week.. after that for other package I gave my work address so, that this not happen but again marked deliver without giving me information. Again don’t get it. Poor service, zero responsibility.

I live in an appointment and have gotten calls from the delivery guy saying that they want to leave the package downstairs and I should come and get it. I selected front door because I have a baby. A lot of the time they will just leave a notice for me to pick up the package. They won't bother calling. Sometimes they won't even leave a delivery notice. You never know what will happen with these guys.

Joke of a company can’t enter apartment buildings that are open 24/7. Takes money for delivery to make you pickup your items. Should be reported to BBB for fraud
