Friendly and hard working staff that are very helpful. I do a lot of online shopping and selling and it's almost always an easy and pleasant experience. I had a minor concern last year when someone working didn't want to accept my Canadian Forces ID as a form of identification but that issue seems to have passed.

Always great service! Lisa is exceptionally helpful and very easy going, I have been getting packages from this location for years now for my business as well as for personal use... I even got a call recently for a package which wasnt delivered to my door for some reason yet they tracked it down and called me to let me know, so of course Im very happy with their service!

I was at this place today Nov 30th, 2017 and the staff (of Indian decent) was very rude, grumpy and unhelpful. I needed assistance with my postage, but she was so lackadaisical. I've had better treatment in the past from other staffs.
