Loretta was somewhat helpful. A South Asian lady there was as well. Have used this post office many times since 2011. Last two experiences were very bad. A person named Rachel I think was very rude. Almost was yelled at for simply asking a question. Her face goes into a grimace and irritation at the sight of a visible minority. She would not scan my venture card, but barked at me to shout out the number. As a customer you are almost afraid to be scolded for no reason. Profound disrespect that no one should endure.

I give 0 star on the service that I received. The clerk didn't take time to explain and listen to my questions. She decided the type of service needed for me and made me paid $46 to send a letter to QC. She said that it's the cheapest option available which wasn't correct. I was there on August 12th at 5:45 pm.
