I don't know why this place is so negatively reviewed. Everytime I've been in I haven't had any problems. That said it's usually just for pick up. Update: Just popped in and Yoko was a delight! Very helpful ☺️

We had set up mail forwarding from our previous address and did not receive any mail for over 2 weeks at our new address. I had opened up an online ticket with Canada post and when they finally got back to me they said everything was correct in their database and we should be getting mail very soon. Another week goes by and still no mail. We managed to catch the mail delivery lady and she said there was a hold on all mail going to our new address and to speak to the manager Carolyn at the post office. I made a visit to the post office and Carolyn was not there and the person that I spoke to would not correct the situation. She said Carolyn would call me the next day. Carolyn did call the next day but as soon as she started speaking I could sense an arrogant condescending attitude and she almost made it feel like we had messed up the situation. Not being very accountable for her office's mistake by saying it was the previous owner who was responsible. I do not feel that a person like this should be in a managers role. Canada post should have made a better effort to find out why we were not receiving a service that we had paid for.

Terrible service with amazon purchases delivered by canada post, this is not a one time occurrence been happening for years. I dread ordering thru amazon but i never know until i pay who they will get to deliver the parcel. The staff at the outlet are good but the corporate structure is a mess and they should not be in the delivery business at all.
