Arrived to see a printed, laminated sign that said, "Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to open today." Well, it was foreseen enough that you were able to print, laminate and post a sign... it seems to me that you elected to inadequately staff your business which would result in having no mitigation strategies when staff are unavailable.

Went there to get something done and the worker declined to do it because âshe didnât know howâ. She didnât attempt to try the task or ask anyone for help but instead declined and told me to go to another Canada post. She also declined to help the person in front of me and behind me. Horrible customer service and she shouldnât be working there if 1. She doesnât know how to do her job and 2. Doesnât try to do her job. I went to a different Canada Post and they were able to easily help me.
