Always fast and friendly customer service especially when Steven is working. They are open late which is great. Even during the busy Christmas season with large lineups they kept calm and efficiently served their customers. So much better than most other post offices I've used. I'm always happy to see that Steven is working because he is just the nicest, most helpful employee. He deserves accolades especially yesterday when he went above and beyond excellent service when he helped me with a parcel that I was shipping. I made a mistake with the shipping labels on my parcel and he used a really creative and clever way of fixing the issue. He saved me from having to go home to reprint the shipping labels and repackage the items and bring them back. Thanks again Steven, you're the best!

Props to your worker Stephanie. Recently went in with a problem that I had been unable to get fixed at another post office in town and she went out of her way to find a solution for me. If all Canada Post locations had a worker like her they'd have a much better reputation. I know where I'm going from now on!

I used to go the Canada Post outlet when it was in the different location (another pharmacy just down the road). Then it moved to the Zellers store. Still good. Now it's in London Drugs at the Cherry Lane mall. So far, this is the best location. And really helpful staff.
