I have being picking up dozens of flex delivery parcels here with no issues! Staff are super pleasant. Some long waits sometimes but I usually try to pick up at less busy times to improve my experience.

When you have the correct address on the parcel and it STILL gets delivered to the wrong address. Pretty frustrating. This is not the first time, and unfortunately probably won't be the last time.

They always have gone out of their way to help. One employee even drove out to my rural mailbox to deliver a parcel that had been put in the wrong box on a Friday evening. Great service. Two big thumbs up.
