In spite of the miserable guy that works here, i used this location over the main office because of the extra hour that it's open. It's listed as a hub locker for Amazon, my package was scheduled for Tuesday, it arrived Monday at 6:03am, returned to seller at 3:14pm the same day ( Monday ) no phone call, no email. Just returned. This guy needs an ego check

I was trying to pick up two packages but for some reason the postman was giving me a really hard time even though I had the tracking number and ID. Finally he found it but he didn't want to go back to find the smaller package. He then closed the store early and said he couldn't help me.

Dan is the best, always helpful, fast, he knows his job very well and professional at Canada post. The blond woman that sometimes is there instead of Dan, she is just falling around shoppers gossiping.

I received an email from a shipper that my parcel had arrived. The shipper email on Wed, Dec. 23/20, at 1:41 pm and I arrived at the post office to pick it up the parcel on the same day at approximately 3:10 pm. I was told by the post office clerk that the parcels was sent back because I didn’t have flex delivery. I have never heard of flex deliver before. But I applied to the flex delivery immediately within one hour after was told my parcel was returned. Shouldn’t I have been given a bit of time or a few hours to apply to to flex delivery then return to pick up the parcel? I was disappointed to be told that my parcel was returned within two hours after the shipper emailed me that my parcel had arrived at the post office.

Hours are great and the lady is quite nice but the male employee seems miserable, find a new job if you can't be kind to people. We just want our packages? What is your problem?
