I was there around 4:05 PM today (April 16 2022). I nicely approached the lady at the desk and told her that i was returning a package. she pushed the box to me and said “nope you can’t return this, we don’t do UPS” this is my first time returning a package and going there so i completely understand that they couldn’t handle my package but it was not necessary for her to have an attitude and push the package to me while i wasn’t even done completing my sentence. my sister then asked her where we could return it and she said something like “nope can’t help you”. me and my sister approached and talked to her in the nicest way the whole conversation. not very professional of her.

I always go to this Canada Post site, not because it's the closest location but because you couldn't find friendlier staff. Big shout out to Susan & Brenda who every time I'm there greet me with a friendly face and go out of their way to help wherever they can. I'm sure it's a tough job and I've witnessed customers who are impolite. All the same these two lovely ladies take it in their stride, they treat people with respect and have a lovely friendly and professional disposition. That's what great customer service is all about. This post office is poorly located off the beaten path and surprisingly the staff like to take a nice break during peak hours. It’s quite the wait if you are in a rush, but if you have time to wait in the line then it’s perfect. But there doesn’t seem to be any other conveniently located locations to find that wouldn’t take twice the time getting to, so overall it’s just a system of poor planning.

I went there and dropped a package off that was suppose to go the virgin mobile. It had the sending slip stuck to it. When i dropped it off i asked if that's it? She said yup. She didnt give me a tracking number or look at the package to see that i was ment to go to puralator. My phone company is wondering where the phone is and i cant even find it because she pratically stole it. I comfronted her and she disregarded all my questions and kept repeating i need a tracking number... Dont trust it.
