I have to pick up my mail in two different locations due to street construction, we have a nice service road, ok, never mind, why do I have to drive downtown with no parking available for customers and limited service time 9 am-5pm with Sat-Sun off, what if their customers work same hours??? Why don't canada post forward our mail to the local post office as they do for parcels? Amazon delivers, ATS delivers, Leon's delivers, Ashley's delivers, ONLY Canada post are the SPECIAL ONES. ZERO stars P.S. Lady that gave my envelopes was very kind and friendly, this review is addressed to Canada Post management and it's bureaucracy.

The new driver from eastview is not doing well. Spending lots of time chatting with people here at McDonald St. Doing risky maneuvers and parks like a jerk. Also gives me extra responsibility for putting mails intended for our neighbours business mails.

I’m betting this is the worst Canada post office in Canada. Every time my package goes through Regina it take days sometimes weeks. Canada post is fast everywhere else at max 2 days I find. This Regina office though has always been slow and my packages get stuck here EVERYSINGLE TIME. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time either. This is just my first complaint. I had a package go from Winnipeg to Regina then back, when I asked why I was told because my package was on the wrong truck. Get it together and get some work done don’t just leave stuff on a truck.
