There's this old chubby lady named Rae working here. She has some serious attitude problems. I forgot to write down the address on a label and she THREW the label back at me on the desk and said: "I SAID NAME AND ADDRESS". As if i owe her somthing. Who trained her? Is this the level of customer service Canada post is sinking to?

I have to say I will never some to this location again cause of your one employee that was rude and has bad customer service skills. Her name is Rae, she never smiled or had eye contract. Those are some very important skills you need to have to work with the public. I work in customer service area, never in my life have I made a person feel uncomfortable or looked down on like she did. I have been award for employee of the month and given an glass award for "Act of Kindness" she needs to be taken off the front line.

I took a letter to the post office to send to cupar today. The young lady was very kind and helpful. It's a very clean and tidy little post office. I really like little qaint post offices. I highly recommend this post office for any questions you have. The service I have gotten here is better then the service I got at the location at the shoppers in the north gate.

There have been multiple occasions of going to pick up a parcel at the time the parcel slip said it would be available, but they could not find it or requested that I come back later and I have wasted a significant amount of time because of it.
