I waited in line for half an hour only to be told my package from 2 days ago still isn't ready because they are behind. Put up a notice next time or tell people before they get into an 11 person lineup, what a waste of everyone's time.

I've ordered so many packages to this location for pickup, and I've sent a few too. Never had a problem. The staff have always been sweet. I think the only reason the rating is lower is because people never review places like this unless they have a really specific issue of something going wrong. Canada Post workers really do work hard, that's for sure.

While waiting for my package, lazy delivery guy just stuck the delivery notice in the mailbox without knocking, lights were on and i was waiting in the living room.

Somebody needs to give Suzy a hug working at this location, I've never seen someone so confrontational over asking for a few pieces of tape to use on my package. If you need tape, bring you own, god forbid you ask nicely.

The worst experience with a post service I have ever had. Not only they did they not deliver my package, they also sent me notices about my package being there. All the notices were sent to me at once. By the time I received them my package had already been sent back to the sender.
