Nice service. But expect a wait in rush hours. I faced a long queue and waited 15 minutes to come in front. The office was a little hard to find. It's in the downstairs, just walk straight to the building when you see the Canada Post sign and you will see another one in the start of steps to down.

Fast service and everything was rendered with a smile. Similar to many high-volume service centers, one must do their homework before heading here. Have your IDs with you, bring documentation with pick up codes - either on your phone or a print out After all, team members can only assist you if you want to be helped. Great job to the team here!

My review is not specific to the post office, but possibly about the misinformation on the canada post website which costed me a 2 hour round trip as my passport was sent for pickup from here. They are CLOSED on Family Day and the website says they are open. This is misleading. Please make a correction and please don’t mislead people

A purely knowledgeable employee making up rules, wasting our time, not listing to reason nor saying anything reasonable. Completely not competent for the job. Went in with all required documents to receive a parcel and he wasn’t handing it to us. Only when someone else interfered after a while until the problem was solved by common sense and only then we were able to get our parcel.

We’re from Washington and the guy I spoke said we can’t buy a self address envelope since we came from the US, he said me and my husband should go to san francisco to renew our Philipine passport! Such a racist! I ask the guy again, how can we send mail international via canada post he said they don’t have that! Useless people! Called the Philippine consulate and glad they had it in there.
