Very disappointed with the Canada Post parcel service. They do not deliver the parcel and bring it back to the post office giving the reason that they did not deliver it. In all circumstances we were at home and no one showed up at the time indicated on the report. It's easier and faster this way. Rotten service. They should leave the parcels with specialized couriers. We never have a problem with them. Serge Morin

Opening hours are almost impossible to predict because they keep changing. It is very difficult to pick up a package there, especially if you are forced to a daytime schedule.

Canada Post is the very definition of a lack of service, a lack of professionalism, a lack of respect for its customers. The worst mistake a human being can make is trusting them and paying for a service that doesn't even deliver in the end. I don't even understand how a screw company like them can stay open it's a shame total for them.
