These old ladies are always rude with no manners, very confrontational and refuse to provide their name. I was simply dropping off a pre paid parcel and asked to use some tape.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Atrocious behavior from not only the elderly woman and man who work the front desk but also from within the supervisors. Amanda specifically. Tells you to leave your info and she will do anything she can to help and then completely back tracks on what she said. My package is ALWAYS ALWAYS late. I order from the same company multiple times a month and the post office is so unorganized it sits processed for days, then ends up "delivery delay" and doesn't move. I am so sick and tired of having to deal with this miserable place every time I order something online. If you dont like your job, go work somewhere else. This whole company needs a lesson on friendly customer service.

Usually very rude and ignorant. If they don’t want to do their job they’ll belittle you and make a minor inconvenience into a huuuge deal. 12/10 don’t like going here whatsoever.

Aug 1st /19 Waited in line for my turn to receive package, once I got my turn in line I was told to stand to the side so the lady behind the desk could help another lady. when she was done helping her, I was told she probably won't be able to locate the package and reluctantly went to go find it. When she found it she said that they usually hold the package for a day and I should be grateful that I got it. I've never been told I should be grateful to receive my own property but if that's how this post office works I looks like it needs a lesson in how not to be lazy and ornery
