December 21 at 12:30 put a card where you need to pick up the parcel. After 9 minutes, it says that the package has been delivered. But the parcel was not delivered. At the post office, the woman refused to look if the package was in stock

For some reason, they have stopped putting parcel slips in our mailbox once they arrive, so it's critical to monitor tracking. When I've mentioned it the last few times, it's a simple "oh, those guys..." response as if to shrug off the problem. If a parcel arrives that we weren't aware was coming (e.g., a gift) or wasn't being tracked, it may end being sent back as we'd never know it arrived. This has been a problem for months, unfortunately, with no indication that any attempt is being made to fix it.

Husband and I rented a PO box from this location and had nothing but problems. We would continuously get reports stating that Canada Post could not find Canada Post to deliver our mail but delivered it to this very location. We asked the worker there about what this was about and she (very kindly) said it's not uncommon for that to happen, she doesn't understand it either. We would get parcel cards for postcards, final notice parcel cards that have already been picked up. It's very disorganized.

Parcel was ready for pickup at 1pm still wasnt in their system by 4 pm. They are the worst for customer service.

Worst mailing service ever if they loose a package there is no help no willingness at all if you have a choice go a different way of mailing
