I got a parcel in the box that is for large parcels and I couldn’t get it out. The box was bigger than the mailbox for parcels. I guess when he opened the door to all the mail boxes, he put my parcel in the big mailbox area but then when I unlocked it, the parcel wouldn’t come out. I stood there for 30 minutes and finally someone came and cut my parcel so I could pull it out. I’m a disabled senior and I was freezing cold trying to get my parcel out. The boxes aren’t big enough to put parcels into them. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Every time I try to call the office they never pick up the phone and act clueless when I eventually have to go into the building. This has been an ongoing issue for the last year. It's very frustrating when I sit there for 2 hours calling with no one picking up but when I go in they are up front at the counter and right by the phone.

Much like Kristyne I have had similar issues with the one of the ladies at this location. Rude and unprofessional seem to sum it up fairly. So much so that I take my business to Gail in Canoe when I can as she is amazing and friendly. (Not to mention I get my shipments in and out faster in Canoe). Glad to see the newer gents in Salmon Arm are helpful and actually have a smile on their faces.

Everytime I call or go to the post office in Salmon Arm. The ladies there are never friendly and they get angry when you ask questions or make a little mistake. This has happened to me like 3 or 4 times.

The women who work there are always super nice and give my kids stickers and make jokes with them. Great customer service! Also very helpful with any questions or concerns when mailing larger packages.
