Received a passport by express post asking for a signature ... the postwoman who delivered the envelope to our door did not ask for any signature or identification, she simply left it to us .... for such a sensitive document. is worrying!

Very good counter service, they are always very polite. As for mail delivered to the house nothing to complain about except perhaps a thing tite ... You never know what time the factor passes.
