very bad service and garbage, marked as delivered but no notice card left anywhere the package is nowhere to be found, i went to the post office and its not there, a week later i get an email from support saying its getting sent to the sender, great never use canada post again

I call and I can’t even check if they actually work until 11…. I hate the phones service they provide, so many options… lol I just want Information, they do not care about costumer service what’s so ever.

They can't track their packages, supposed to be delivered by the end of the day but it never left the warehouse. Customer service only able to apologize without giving any solution. Never experienced this level of incompetence in other delivery services.

Slowest mail and parcel service in North America. I have received packages from California in less time than it takes for the St Laurent sorting centre to sort and send my package that had been there for days (priority mail?). It is not all of Canada Post. Just the big facility in Montreal has terrible service. Because my package made its way across Canada in less time than it is taking them just to sort through their priority package pile. Choose anyone else except Canada post during this pandemic.

Don't pay extra for the xpresspost service because it will not result in faster delivery. You should expect delays when dealing with Canada Post and otherwise should always take the alternative whenever possible. Expect deliveries without the courtesy of verifying if you are home first.
