Multiple visits to this post office to drop off parcels to the clerk, Brian. He is efficient in processing the parcels and is courteous throughout the transaction. Unsure of other clerks. I have not used any other Canada Post services at this location and have not interacted with any other clerk.

I tried to send an international parcel here. Had a really bad experience. A worker whose name starts with a letter C here is definitely not professional.

Can't believe this issue is still going on for almost a decade. They seem to be the only post office in Canada that does not understand the details of Canada Post "proof of residency" rules. The workers here run on bad/oversimplified info regarding documentation requirements for parcel pickup and it affects a lot of people that don't have their permanent address here, don't have a driver's licence with the address of the parcel, or never get physical letters (which is increasing in this digital age). They will say to you that in addition to photo/name, you need proof of residency/address to pickup a parcel when you walk in with the delivery slip. They refuse to recognize that, as stipulated on the Canada Post website and official Canada Post Policies documentation, the delivery notice card (slip) ITSELF qualifies as proof of address for that specific parcel. That is one of the reasons why the name and address is written on the slip. Normally, not being able to use the slip to prove name-to-address wouldn't be a big deal, as your driver's license/ID typically has both your name and address matching the parcel. However, when you're in an area full of students, a lot of them whose permanent address may not be here (e.g. int'l students, or students who move around nearly every 4 months due to the co-op factory next door), they should really follow the Canada Post policies correctly to properly provide for everyone. They do not understand that the only way to arbitrarily prove residency isn't just by showing them a mailed letter/bill... While the entire system is antiquated, its these guys' ignorance that is at fault, for not allowing the one small measure that Canada Post prescribes to make it easier for you to pickup a parcel when all you have is your proof of name and the delivery slip.
They also don't understand how Amazon Pickup Point works. Since it'll be shipped directly to them, they'll probably ask for proof of address... like proof that you live at the pharmacy...Good bye Amazon order.

I reached there to post an international mail and asked "how can I send this with a minimal cost and can tract the movement"? He (the guy works at the pharmacy and they do not wear the name tag; the Canada post is located in the pharmacy) replied "the only way I know will cost you over 70$". I explained him that last time it was around 20 for me. Anyway, I asked how many days this will take to reach the destination and he had no idea (he was looking here and there in the files, searching something on the computer), he asked his fellow colleague and she had no idea as well. Very disappointed with the services. I went to the other nearest Canada post and they did post the same envelop for $25 and I was able to tract the post. Good luck with this place guys.

Costomer service seems non-existant. Tried calling all day about a package but went to voicemail everytime. The people there are nice though. But don't waste time trying to call
