I was here to send my passport for the first time, quite nervous and worried but when I show the envelope requirements to the counter, Richard immediately took the right envelopes to me and even explained the process and where to fill before me asking for instructions, which is so kind and thoughtful!

The people who work here are so nice and helpful. They helped us get a box to ship our stuff back to the US, showed us how to do the customs firm online and were very polite and friendly. Such a different experience from the many countries I have shipped from.

Customer service was very rude and aggressive! The person didn't even know what FlexDelivery mean, and was teaching me how post office works and said that I did all wrong and my mail will never arrive. Because of him I had to resend my post to different address, but after a few days post office sends me email confirming delivery. (man in 50s, white hair and glasses)

Was looking for a Canada post near me that could help me with an expedited return. The team here is extremely helpful and helped me with a big box which I could use for my stuff. Marcel and the team here are wonderful and this is the best post office in this area.

Force you to buy a pack of envelopes when you want to send a single letter. This is the first time I've gone to a post office that doesn't have single envelopes, it seems like bad will to force you to buy their packets of envelopes.
