They never answer the phone. And said I could not receive my package with out paying 16 $, but I already paid 16$ for my pachage it to be sent to Ontario. It was sent back because they covered some of the address with their packing sticker. I went back to pick up the package and the said I could not have it back unless I paid 16$ again.
