Conveniently located inside Shoppers drug Mart, this post office has all shipping supplies available, they also have a separate table to pack your boxes or write addresses etc. The location is clean and I had the pleasure of being greeted by a smiling, friendly employee, Gwen, who assisted me in finding a box and answered some questions. I also interacted with Elizabeth, whom I mistakenly used her packing tape to finish my parcel, to which I was directed to purchase tape next time. My apologies. She weighted and measured the parcel to ship and was friendly to interact with. Would visit again, thank you! ______________ This is irrelevant to this specific location, just Canada Post in general, but assuming you buy ($6!) an empty box from Canada Post, they really should include a quick tape wrap.

While in Saskatchewan for Christmas, I recieved a package from Canada Post on December 15th, 2021, which was then taken to the Ryder's Ridge, Shopper's Drug Mart Post Office. I was not back from holidays until January 1st, however, my roomate at the time, informed mewhere my mail was being held. I have literally called the Canada Post office in Shopper's every single day since December 15th, and I have yet to recieve even 1 call back regarding my mail, and even worse, NO ONE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN I HAVE CALLED!! Almost 1 month later, and still nothing. This post office deserves -10 stars just for their ignorance alone. The contents of that package is my daughter's Christmas gift from her great grandmother, who she talks to every single night on the telephone. It hurts the heart to seee such disappointment my 4 year old daughter feels when she asks her grandmother evetyday if she forgot to send her gift, which by the way, was something they had made together, and NOT materialistic in value. RANT DONE! But shame on ewvery employee in that building because they all hear the phones ring throughout the store!

Paid for my item plus the shipping and when canada post came to my door when I wasn't home. So they sent it back to the seller after I paid for it to be shipped here. What's the point of a mail box with a key if we don't use it... plus their automation over the phone is brutal... complete waste of time.

The people behind the counter i have nothing rude to say about them they are very helpful. The company organization its self is hands down one of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with. Can't deliver a package to save their life. I will never NEVER deal with them ever again if humanly possible.
