Joan needs to be fired. She is rude to senior citizens, using a condescending tone with them because they can't hear her though the plexiglass and her mask. She also says her questions as a statement, and appears to be annoyed at customers when they ask her to explain what "Express Shipping" means. Is that not your job, Joan? Also, she is useless when it comes to helping somebody fill out an address but thinks it's her place to advise customers if they should ship something or not. Joan, we're just asking you to do your job with a smile. It's not that difficult. Be polite and do as your sign says, "BE NICE OR LEAVE". You should be ashamed of yourself.

I went to this location during business hours and wasn’t able to pick up my package because there was no one there. There was a handwritten sign that said the employee would be back soon, and a Shoppers Drug Mart employee said they expected the Canada Post employee to return in 40 minutes. If the employee at the post office counter needs to leave during regular business hours, I think it’s reasonable to expect that another Canada Post employee should be covering the counter so customers can have access to post services during business hours.

Have had multiple issues here... One time the woman at the post office argued with me that the UK was a real place and that packages couldn't go there because it wasn't real. I didn't even know what to say. Another time I came to have a letter sent to the US via Express clearly labeled as Canada to the USA. It showed up at my door three days later with a standard Canada stamp. I've had to leave and go to a different post office because the woman working gave me the wrong price for sending a package, quoted 30$ for a small package went to the other Canada post office to which it was 8$ for the same everything. Just really not impressed
