I have called there on three separate occasions, and every time the person on the phone is very ignorant, and act like they did you a favor by answering the phone. The last time I called, I wanted to get an incoming shipment held for pick-up at the post office, and the lady said, and I quote, “I don’t have time to be looking up tracking numbers for you today”. Terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service at times, there's one older lady who works there who is extremely rude, called about a package and was cut off multiple times during the conversation and i hung up the phone feeling like I did something wrong when all I did was inquire about a package.
