Yesterday I was ready to post a parcel. Canada post had no boxes for the item to fit. So I opened my box to fit it in one if there boxes. After they had closed I realized that the parcel I was to send was fragile and needed more padding. I left a note under the door at post office with my name and tracking number and note saying do not post this parcel. This morning I wait for them to open. A rude Indian guy who was opening I asked him that’s my note under the door. I just need to see if the package is still there. He gave me this speech saying I cannot touch the letter on the inside, it’s against our policy you just have to wait till we open at 9:30. After standing for 45 minutes. He opens the door I go to the desk and he says the post was picked up last night at 5:15pm I told him and you couldn’t have told me that outside? I was so annoyed.

Worst customer service ever! The big black guy was super rude to everyone even if the customers are nice and polite to him! He had such a rude tone for any response! Like I was really offended by the way he was treating everyone! On top of it you have to pay for anything you touch even a piece of tape! I’m surprised when he let me use the pen, I thought I had to pay for that as well! AVOID GOING TO THIS BRANCH! Does the manger reads these reviews?! How is this guy still working here?!

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. This location closes up early regularly. If you go close to 5:30 pm it will either be closed or they refuse to help you. I’ve shown up at 5:15 pm and have been refused service, they lock the doors or it’s just been completely closed.

Update your hours! In a lineup an hour and a half after the posted opening hours, and not even open yet. Went to 3 locations yesterday and they all closed early. Bad customer service. Very disappointed, again. Why is it 'always something' with Canada post. Any business on google maps with less than 2 stars will crash and burn. You can't continually provide poor service and stay open for long, yet here they are. I have much more to write about, but not worth wasting anymore on my time. The 1 star says it all. Will the people running the show get the message and get it together??
