super slow…therefore long line ups. Not open when the website says it is supposed to be open. Mailbox is taped off so you can't put letters in it yourself, you have to hand it to an employee (making you wait in line and also not very confidential). Yes, Shane is nice and helpful but that doesn’t make the line go any faster. People who have to tape, label etc should be asked to move to the side to complete their parcels, so others can get their business done. Susan is awful, she is rude and grumpy. Sometimes your scanner works, sometimes it doesn’t, then the blame is put onto the customer- your label is blotchy, you need to change your ink and their excuses go on and on. Teach your staff how to use the scanner or get a new scanner. One staff member even said ‘here you do it’ so I scanned in all my own parcels. Somehow this doesn’t seem right. And yes I do go to other post offices with no problems, but this one is close to my business and some times I have heavy items and also, time is money. Avoid this location if you can.
