Never seems to actually deliver packages, terrible hours, terrible customer service. Town/Government should just clean house the current location and restart with a whole new employee team. Hours are ridiculous for a town of this size especially when people have work. The mail drivers are too lazy to actually drive to stop by your house if you have an item being sent to you, and will just throw the delivery notice in the mailbox forcing you to figure out another time to try to pickup the package, or sometimes causing you to WAIT THE WHOLE WEEKEND, for a package that should've been delivered in the first place. They also seem to not have even passed elementary school seeing how they can't read the numbers and put mail in the correct boxes at all, including confidential government mail.

Absolutely horrible. Very rude customer service, awful delivery they never deliver the packages and even put wrong keys to get the package and put wrong packages in wrong mailboxes and refuse to take responsibility. They never deliver on expected delivery date. It claims “out for delivery” for an entire week with no delivery and the truck drives right past my house and skips it. Truely awful company..

I'm just curious if Canada Post train their Mail Carriers in Tillsonburg how to read the numbers on Mail and packages, so that they can correctly insert the mail and packages in the correct slots of the homeowners' Community Mail boxes? We had a package that was deemed to have been delivered to our Community mail box that was NOT there. The explanation I received from the Tillsonburg Post Office was that it was probably placed in someone else Mail Box. Needless to say, no-one returned our package and now we're SOL. This service by Canada Post is totally unacceptable.

I am only giving a 1 star because I cant leave a zero. This retail location is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers. I had an awful experience a few weeks back when I simply called to ask where my package was as I had been told the day before it would be ready to be picked up. The said "im done with you" and hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager which was told he wont talk to you. I then continued to get hung up on as I tried to call and speak to the manager. I have left a ton of voicemails and the manager has not called me back yet. I have spoken with head office who has said they would pass this along to the manager. But what good does that do since he never calls me back. This is also not the first time I have received unprofessional behaviour from the staff. They are constantly rude, never leave me pick up notice cards, my packages are never delivered when they say they have been. This is not acceptable as a customer who spends thousands at canada post and relies heavily on this service to run a small business! Im very dissapointed!
