This is the second time that the contents of my packages have been stolen. The first time, house keys that we had to send to family, and the second time, a video game worth $60. I ALWAYS insure my packages because I send products that are expensive. Strangely, this time it was written that I refused insurance on my package. I have dozens of invoices that prove that I still take the insurance. Coincidence? I don't know, but it's extremely suspicious. They only refunded me $14 (I don't know where they took that amount). It all leaves a bitter taste! Edit: Third big problem. They lost a package intended for one of my clients. I have a small business and the time wasted trying to sort it all out, and the package itself is worth over $100... damage control for the customer, loss of revenue. It's really not cool. The problem is not the branch employees, but the machine. Canada Post has put a system in place that does not allow me to provide good customer service. When it takes 2 hours to make calls, open service tickets so that it's settled within 1 week, it's hard.

Very human and very courteous! As everywhere, there may be several people at the same time but they will take the time for everyone, a value that is lost a lot with the scarcity of manpower. This is surely what I miss most of the factors when I was a child; the warm, human aspect of the kind factor that took 10 seconds to say hello.

Much too small. There are always endless queues. It is the only post office in town. The rest are all sub-contractors. The staff are courteous and do their best but only 1 box and there are times when there are lines outside. Canada Post wants you to use the website so you don't have to pay for a large counter.
