I have been using this Post Office since June, 2020, picking up parcels every two weeks. I have found them to be terrific! William who is primarily at the desk is efficient, patient, mature beyond his years and incredibly kind. Hope fills in occasionally and is equally as helpful. I always look forward to a great experience. In my estimation, William should be running the entire Canadian Postal System…and maybe he will be one day!

Quite surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been here for my mailing needs for the past year, since moving to the area, and it's always been very pleasant. Maybe because I've always been assisted by William (think that's his name)? He's very profession, helpful, and always friendly.

Very poor service specifically at this branch. This isnt my first time with a bad service person at this location. Today after I waited in a 10 minute line she closed the post office 5 minutes early and didnt mail my package, which I had already prepared for her.

The young man behind the counter was too lazy to look for my box even thought there was about only 20 there, he told me to come back tomorrow when someone else sorted them. I have been waiting 5 weeks, it was right behind him but apparently it was above his duties. Not impressed.

Dear Canada Post Delivery: I buzzed you in, therefore you know I’m home and available to receive the package, do not leave me a “pick up at the post office after 1pm on the next business day” ticket in the lobby when you know I’m home.
