There is usually only one clerk at this location. However, every time I have been there it was a gentleman named Phil who was at the counter. He is the most nicest helpful clerk. He goes above and beyond to support clients and my experience with him have always been awesome. Today we were there to post two letters and while we were putting our addresses another client came with a stack of parcels to ship. Phil was so kind and attentive and he made sure to attend to us in a timely manner. I think he is one of those people who goes the extra mile for the clients!

The Clerk is friendly but this location is so poorly managed, it borders on ridiculous! When the computer or scale are causing challenges to the clerk (which is often!) he cannot access the other computer or scale; lets people wait in line for the longest time (20 min today). This is disrespectful of people’s time and the customer line grew to an absurd situation! Regional Manager should see to this and get a performance review to reflect the poor training/employee support!
