Thanks Canada post for stealing my $35 express guaranteed delivery fee. Shipped a Christmas gift Xpress Post on the 15th, it arrived in Victoria on the 20th and sat literally blocks away from the destination. No updates since and Christmas has passed. Give me my money back losers.

There is 1 woman that works in the post office who is so incredibly rude, she has treated me twice with THE WORST customer experience I have ever received. I asked for something specific which I explained and then when it wasn’t achieved she then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t, I was wrong in a loud and threatening manner. In front of customers and other staff members… I will NEVER be using this post office again and I would recommend that it’s not used. I

The lady who works in the post office usually in the late afternoon to evening is incredibly sloooooow. There's always a huge lineup when she's the one in the counter. She explains things that are not necessary to each customer.

Female clerk behind the counter was not following Covid protocols. I asked her loudly twice to please cover her nose with her mask. She completely ignored me. I would not give one star for this review but there is no lower alternative star. The use of a plexiglass partition is no excuse. The other female clerk who was also serving behind the counter did wear her mask according to regulations.

This is the second time they have lost my package and sent it to the wrong place or messed up my address. Like do you even hire qualified people that’s even capable of handling important stuff like our mail. Now I have to pay duties twice for the amount of $98 because Canada post is incapable of doing their job. Like who loses or puts the wrong address at the sorting facility? You guys are a joke

Absolutely useless, it took 3 weeks for them to verify my address then they didnt even deliver it i had to go in and pick it up.

The staff here are friendly, kind, and helpful - I have been mailing packages and picking up my FlexDeliveries here for years. I especially appreciate the extra care and sanitation precautions they have implemented due to COVID. I'm not sure who's leaving one star reviews.. you can't fault the staff at this specific Canada Post office if you need to wait your turn in a long line or if you show up without proper ID, etc. All things I have seen customers get frustrated about and all things that are out of the control of the staff. Kudos to the Pharmasave James Bay post office for their positivity, hard work, and excellent customer service!
