On May 20, I receive a message from Canada Post to tell me that my Coli has arrived in Sorel. At 10:30 a.m. I go to see the 20,21,22,23,24 25 26 at the mailbox still nothing. On the evening of May 26, I go back to see my tow truck, it's still written at 10:30 am but delivered to destinations dated 26. But I went during the day and still nothing. I called Canada Post to be told to go to the Sorel post because it indicated that they couldn't do anything. I move to Sorel. To tell me, we take your information and we will investigate. The next day a supervisor from Sorel telephones me to tell me that after investigation he cannot find my Coli. He gives me a phone number so I can get a refund. Finally the phone number given is the same as Canada Post so wait more than 1 hour .. to be told no. He never reimburses anyone. The only thing they can do is give me a service number to give to the company where I ordered to get a refund. But the company does not want to reimburse me because it indicates delivered to the home. I think the service is really not good. And I find that absolutely robbery. Because we pay the delivery costs in the end.
