Today I came to pick up my box delivered by amazon. It was 4pm. I don't know the name of the lady who was serving at post canada desk, she was so rude. Started asking me, what is in the box,is it a TV. Am I going to order TV to pharmacy for pick up? Use some common sense. She was throwing the attitude on me while giving me the box. First she said she don't have the box, later when she found, she started asking questions. After 10 mins she gave me my box. Worst customer service ever in my life!!

Horrible Service.... just horrible. Canada post in this city is the worst I have ever seen. The store clerk in this location doesn't speak English (or refuses to). The local postman seems high on drugs as he mixes up everyone's mail in the building. Most of my mails are undelivered, the postman keeps putting incorrect mails (with wrong address) in my mailbox and when I go to the post office to talk to them about the problem they refuse to even listen to me. They don't even have the professional courtesy to provide me a contact number or webpage to submit my complaints. I have used Canada post in other provinces and have never met such rude and unprofessional staff before.
