Omg. I am a senior and very ill (not covid). I went to this post office and explained I needed help with 2 returns. The lady that works there was the rudest most condescending, lady I have dealt with in ages.

Get packages from Amazon quite often. No issues ever. Friendly lady working there everytime I go in she's there. Can use the barcode amazing gives or just show my ID and no issues either way.

Theres a woman who works there who is very nasty and refused to send the second package of 2 for one order and insisted I had to get amazon to send me a special barcode for the second package. Also refused to let me take my other package back to try and put them into one bigger package together so we could just use the one barcode (apparently they needed to be in one package or else in two separate with two separate barcodes which amazon only sent one, because it was for one order). She insisted she cannot unscan an item once scanned in, it was now Canada Post property. Very rude and absolutely difficult for no reason.

Absolutely the worst post office in the county by a country mile, always happy to make the drive to another town but unfortunately I'm stuck sometimes and have to go to this place, every time is a horrible experience.
