I was at the post office today and had the good luck to have Natasha serve me. She gave me excellent customer service and went out of her way to carry my heavy awkward parcels to my car. Every time I come here I am greeted with great staff that have a demanding day ahead of them. They've been low staff for months, and they still put me first when I get up to the till. I feel as though these one star reviews are from those who don't like standing in a line up. The staff do us a great service for having such high demand all year round.

the office was not open at 8:30 am yet the website says otherwise. You wonder why people complain when they finally get your service. If you insist on having us go the the website - HAVE THE INFORMATION ACCURATE

I shipped my all hiking clothes and gears in a big 110 litter waterproof backpack (about 5000$ value) from this Canada Post office on Sep 10, 2021, paid 230$ for a express delivery, now Canada Post sent me a letter say they lost my backpack and they are going to pay me 100$ for the lost. That big backpack can’t get lost by itself from their facility, it must be stolen from Canada Post facility! That much Canada Post management and security is bad, and that much they are irresponsible!

Hands down the least convenient place to have your mail delivered in Whitehorse. Not only does it add two to three days for every package sent there, but delivery on a Friday means another 2 days of waiting.
