Not all services are offered during business hours. That is, they refuse to mail out parcels 30 minutes prior to closing. This information is posted nowhere online, which I think reflects poor customer service. If you don’t know about their special rules and are coming in from out of town it is especially inconvenient. Only a few staff there are friendly & knowledgeable, they experience frequent technical problems also. Very slow service predominantly.

Hire more people. Came to pickup a package (on the date/time I was told to). Was informed they are short staffed and to come back the next day. I live 30 minutes from town so get to spend an additional hour driving around tomorrow for your mistake.
