There is old lady at front desk. Her behavior changes customer to customer. While I was in queue, I was noticing the way she was treating all customers. She would treat some customers nicely greeting them and all, whereas to some other customers she was rude and cold without any reason as If she is caring prejudice or grudge against them. However, there is another lady working there. She is so nice to everyone. But every time I visit this place, unfortunately I bumped across with the old one.

Located inside Shoppers drug Mart. I went to drop off some return. There was only one person ahead of me. The staff was curt but efficient. May be she had a rough day already. I had no beef with her attitude. She printed out the receipts and I was out in a few minutes.

Took 2 very heavy packages to this location on my bike but they were closed by 2pm. Returned on the Monday with the same two heavy packages and they were closed again...at 3pm. A sign on your door saying sorry for the inconvenience is too little too late. Your service and hours ARE VERY inconvenient. It is NOT ok to do business this way. Close to $100 to send packages for services also paid for by tax dollars - no thanks!

The old lady in the front desk will let you understand why there is a sign "Aggressive behaviors will not be tolerated." in this post office but not in others. To be prepared that you may become aggressive when she provides GREAT service to you.

this really has to stop most of the time when they set a delivery date and they know it won't be delivered by then because the package still won't have even reached my location during the expected delivery date they should really fix this because it happens quite often then they say "item delayed" of course is delayed it hasn't even reached canada and they slap a delivery date on it? please only put a delivery date when the package is most likely to be delivered apon it's current conditions.
